Public Procurement Tenders and Contracts 

Since the matter is only mentioned at the legislative level, and is not conveyed with updates, sample decisions, explanatory comments in the existing sources related to public procurement law; this work is prepared in a manner which explains the procurement and contracting process related to public procurement with sample petitions, tables and precedent decisions; and it aims to encounter the needs of practitioners and tenderers. In the first part of the book, we cover the historical development of public procurement contracts; in the second part, the process of setting up the procurement document and decision phase in public procurement; third and fourth sections, procurement and contract phases; and in the fifth section, the process after the contract was concluded. In this work, all phases of public procurement have been dealt with in detail from the stage of preparation of the tender document, to the issues related to phases after the awards of procurement contracts, such as audit, inspection and acceptance procedures, increase and decrease of work, force majeure, and prohibitions.

Prejudications of Public Procurement Authority 

​This work has been prepared in accordance with the frequently asked questions by lawyers, contractors and government officials and others in relation to the public procurement process. We cover 550 carefully selected and classified decisions of Public Procurement Board in this work in a manner which will not distract the attention of the reader. In this book, the most frequently asked questions are answered by the current decisions of the Public Procurement Board.
