In the first part of the book, we cover the historical development of public procurement contracts; in the second part, the process of setting up the procurement document and decision phase in public procurement; third and fourth sections, procurement and contract phases; and in the fifth section, the process after the contract was concluded. In this work, all phases of public procurement have been dealt with in detail from the stage of preparation of the tender document, to the issues related to phases after the awards of procurement contracts, such as audit, inspection and acceptance procedures, increase and decrease of work, force majeure, and prohibitions.
